  2. The Platform is intended for business users seeking information about our professional consulting services. The content provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer unless explicitly stated in a formal proposal.

  • Account – Refers to a User's personalized profile created upon registration, allowing access to exclusive content like white papers and case studies.
  • Services – Refers to the professional consulting services in Lean Management and process optimization provided by Optima Ops Consulting GmbH.
  • Regulations – Refers to this document, the Terms of Service.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. Optima Ops Consulting GmbH provides specialized B2B consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any Service engagement will be detailed in a separate, written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
  2. Information on the Platform is for general guidance and does not constitute a formal consulting agreement. An engagement is only initiated upon the execution of a formal SOW.
  3. We reserve the right to modify the scope of our freely available informational content on the Platform at any time without prior notice to the User.
  4. Access to certain resources on the Platform may require the User to create an Account. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. We are not responsible for any malfunctions or incompatibilities of the Platform with the User's end-user equipment or software.
  3. The User is prohibited from introducing any malicious software or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's infrastructure.

  5. Confidential information shared during a consulting engagement will be governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of the formal Statement of Work.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. If any provision of these Regulations is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Regulations will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
  2. Our failure to enforce any part of these Regulations is not a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part.
