Our History
Optima Ops Consulting was founded in 2015 by a group of veteran manufacturing executives and industrial engineers who saw a critical need for practical, hands-on operational consulting in the Austrian market. Frustrated by theoretical advice that often failed in real-world application, our founders envisioned a firm that would bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
